We take the same trauma-informed approach to first contact that we take to everything else. Here's what to expect:

We acknowledge your enquiry

A brief, personalised reply confirming we've received your message, outlining next steps, and inviting any questions — before any formal assessment begins.

Step 2 · Within a week

A warm welcome call

A phone or video call with your assigned Case Manager to introduce ourselves, walk through our approach, and hear what matters most to you. No paperwork pressure.

Step 3 · When you're ready

Safety, consent, and your decision

We talk through confidentiality, data use and the options that might suit you. You decide whether and when to move forward. Opt-out without penalty — always.
