Registered NDIS Provider · Sydney, NSW

Our model is studio-first. Every accommodation participant has their own front door, their own bathroom, and a space that is entirely theirs. The difference between our three accommodation services is the type and intensity of the support around that space.

Service One · 24/7 on-site support

Supported Independent Living

Your own private studio within a supported residence — with trauma-informed staff on-site around the clock.

Caring Pathways offers a new kind of SIL. You get your own private studio flat — complete with a bedroom, kitchenette and bathroom — within a supported living residence. This is not a traditional group home. You'll have all the privacy you need, with the peace of mind that our trauma-informed staff are on-site 24/7.

The support we provide

  • Daily living assistance — coaching and hands-on support with cooking, cleaning, laundry and household tasks.
  • Personal care — respectful, dignified assistance with showering, grooming and mobility.
  • Medication management — administration, monitoring, and liaison with your healthcare providers.
  • Skills & budgeting — confidence-building with money, shopping, bills and essential life skills.
  • Community connection — getting out and about, joining social groups, exploring volunteering.

Why our model works

  • Privacy first. A locked door and a space of your own. You choose when to engage.
  • Choice and control. You help set house rules, chore rosters, and your daily support times.
  • Healing environment. Calm communal spaces with gentle colours and "calm corners" to decompress.
  • Safer future. Private home with on-call support dramatically reduces crisis events and hospital stays.

Independent Living Options

The freedom to live where you choose — with flexible, scheduled support and on-call backup.

Our ILO service is designed for true independence. You choose where you live — your own private apartment, one of our studio units, with a friend, or with a host family. We provide structured, yet flexible, support to help you build real-world living skills in a home that is truly your own.

Tailored support

  • Goal-driven coaching — cooking, budgeting, public transport, personal care.
  • Flexible scheduling — you choose the days and times that suit your routine.
  • On-call support — our trauma-informed team is available for unexpected issues.
  • Community connection — social groups, volunteering, events that match your interests.

The benefits

  • True independence. Confidence in managing your own tenancy and daily life.
  • Life skills that stick. You practise in your own home and community — skills transfer directly.
  • A bridge to permanence. A supported stepping-stone from higher-intensity services to fully independent living.
Service Three · Funded through Core Supports

Accommodation Using Core Supports

Your own private studio with scheduled drop-in support — funded through your existing NDIS Core Supports budget.

A unique accommodation model that doesn't require a separate housing budget. You get your own private, self-contained studio apartment within one of our properties, designed with accessibility in mind. A peaceful retreat with the privacy you need — plus access to shared lounges, gardens and activity rooms whenever you choose to connect.

How support works

  • Scheduled visits. A weekly schedule of drop-in support at times that work for you.
  • On-site backup. Staff are on-site 24/7 for urgent issues between visits.
  • Flexible funding. Draws from your NDIS Core Supports budget — no separate SDA needed.
  • Short-term or long-term. Use for transition or as a permanent home. Your choice.

Ideal if you are

  • A privacy seeker. You want your own space with regular in-home support.
  • In a transitional phase. Stepping down from higher-intensity services, or returning from hospital.
  • In need of flexible support. You want full control over when and how support arrives.

Service Four · 1:1 & small-group

Community Access

Personalised support to help you connect with the world around you — on your terms, at your pace.

Our Community Access service is designed to help you connect with the world around you, on your own terms. Flexible support, whether you prefer one-on-one coaching or the energy of a small group. Every outing is a positive, empowering experience built on safety and choice.

Social & recreation activities

The activities our participants currently enjoy:

Swimming
Fishing
Golf
Pool (table)
NRL
Walking
Beach visits

Other support we coordinate

  • Daily living & life skills — grocery shopping, banking, appointments.
  • Education & volunteering — library workshops, community classes, volunteering pathways.
  • Café meet-ups & markets — regular outings for social connection and routine.

How we help you feel safe and in control

  • Safety first. Maps or "social stories" so you know what to expect — and a personal signal to leave at any time.
  • Your choice, your way. You choose the activity, pace, and level of support. We always ask before stepping in.
  • Building trust. Support workers are trained to recognise your personal triggers and use your unique coping tools.

Working alongside clinical partners

We work closely with community mental health teams and drug & alcohol services to ensure participants have coordinated clinical support alongside their daily life activities. Community Access isn't a substitute for clinical care — it sits beside it, reinforcing the progress you make elsewhere.

A day in the community

Places our participants go.

Swimming at Annette Kellerman. Fishing at Watsons Bay. Sunday walks through Centennial Park. Tuesday afternoons at Brighton-Le-Sands.
