Four service streams — four ways to build the life you want, with the privacy, pace and control that make it possible.
Our model is studio-first. Every accommodation participant has their own front door, their own bathroom, and a space that is entirely theirs. The difference between our three accommodation services is the type and intensity of the support around that space.
Your own private studio within a supported residence — with trauma-informed staff on-site around the clock.
Caring Pathways offers a new kind of SIL. You get your own private studio flat — complete with a bedroom, kitchenette and bathroom — within a supported living residence. This is not a traditional group home. You'll have all the privacy you need, with the peace of mind that our trauma-informed staff are on-site 24/7.
Best suited for: people who need reliable, always-available support alongside a private and predictable home. Excellent for stepping down from hospital, reducing crisis risk, and building daily-living confidence.
Best suited for: people ready for true independence who still want structured support to build real-world living skills. A strong stepping-stone toward fully independent living.
The freedom to live where you choose — with flexible, scheduled support and on-call backup.
Our ILO service is designed for true independence. You choose where you live — your own private apartment, one of our studio units, with a friend, or with a host family. We provide structured, yet flexible, support to help you build real-world living skills in a home that is truly your own.
Your own private studio with scheduled drop-in support — funded through your existing NDIS Core Supports budget.
A unique accommodation model that doesn't require a separate housing budget. You get your own private, self-contained studio apartment within one of our properties, designed with accessibility in mind. A peaceful retreat with the privacy you need — plus access to shared lounges, gardens and activity rooms whenever you choose to connect.
Budget: this service is funded entirely through your existing NDIS Core Supports — no SDA application required. See accommodation cost guide →
Delivery: one-on-one or small group. Available to all accommodation participants and to people who only need community supports.
Personalised support to help you connect with the world around you — on your terms, at your pace.
Our Community Access service is designed to help you connect with the world around you, on your own terms. Flexible support, whether you prefer one-on-one coaching or the energy of a small group. Every outing is a positive, empowering experience built on safety and choice.
The activities our participants currently enjoy:
We work closely with community mental health teams and drug & alcohol services to ensure participants have coordinated clinical support alongside their daily life activities. Community Access isn't a substitute for clinical care — it sits beside it, reinforcing the progress you make elsewhere.
Swimming at Annette Kellerman. Fishing at Watsons Bay. Sunday walks through Centennial Park. Tuesday afternoons at Brighton-Le-Sands.
Most of our conversations start here. Tell us a little about the situation, and we'll talk you through the options — no pressure, no paperwork required to begin.
